Because items are made from your photos, many custom orders cannot be resold. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos; we will make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Email or message using the contact options on our Help page. Include your order number and a short description of the issue. We may ask for photos of the packaging or product.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges may only be refunded when we determine we were at fault or the item was not as described.
